You will get an e-mail notification when a new process becomes available for you.

You need to have an admin profile to be able to create processes. Your current admin user (who created your profile) can help you to upgrade your profile.

The plug-in works as long as you are logged in. You need to log-in to ensure that the processes that are relevant to you are displayed to you.

No. None of your actions are saved or recorded. The system has bookmarked a specific set of pages that are a part of your processes. It only activates itself when you start interacting with your process pages. The system ignores all other browsing actions.
